Saw a 629-2 at a shop listed as a "Mountain Gun". I really don't know anything about these guns, but thought it looked cool.

Gun is in good condition and has Hogue rubber grips on it. The finish is a matte stainless, and it has black sights. Barrel length is 4 inches. No box or papers. Price is $850.

I'm wondering is this is a good price, and if this is a desirable gun to get. I would love to hear any and all opinions on this model gun.

Serial number is BDY9102. Can someone tell me when this gun shipped? Thanks.
