I haven't had to test factory support for my 3rd Gens very often, but I wouldn't count on it being much these days.
Market value-wise, all of my standard Model 3913's were bought for between $375 and $425 (usually plus tax). There is a Model 3914 for sale near me right now at $399+tax... very typical for my area, but I can't speak to it's condition, box/no box or # of mags. Just haven't hit that dealer lately.
