I don't own a Model 19, yet... .357magnum is the only handgun caliber that I don't shoot well. .38Special and +P's, 9mm, 40cal, 45ACP/Super, .44Spec & Mags; I shoot really well. The .357 mag cartridge just isn't for me after 20 years of trying to get it to be. That being said, can an M19 handle a steady diet of .38Speical+P's or not so much??? I would never shoot .357's but it would see a regular diet of .38Special standard pressure and +P's.
