I shoot a lot of 38 special with either the Speer 158 SWC or Hornady 158 with 231 and Bullseye out of my 686-6 and don’t have that issue.
Bullseye is a little dirty but with 231 it hardly looks like it’s been shot after a 100 to 200 rounds.
