But it was SO hot saturday that by the time we finished with rifles we were in rough shape and didn't get to the pistol range. Everybody else was really glad that I brought enough soda and water for everybody. Which was lucky because I didn't know we were going to have four people.
I do hope the cleaning will fix it up. I find it hard to imagine though, how dirty a 686 would have to be to bind up. My binding problem may have been the recall of the firing pin/bushing that was letting early models of the 686 lock up. I locked it up for the first time in over 5 years so I sent it back. As per above comment, I haven't been able to test it yet.
