As a wise old Gun Guru told me years ago:
"You don't shoot bluing."
A rough looking M-28 at a "reasonable" price-if it locks up properly, the cylinder rotates smoothly, the trigger pull feels fine, the bore and forcing cone look good..get it !
I have both BTW, a 6" M-28, a 4" M-27.
