It's a dash 7 and product code 100934. Not very many were made, or at least, I've only seen a few. Probably won't find and lot of sold auctions on the -7.
It was the last variation before the lock, and therefore is built on a new style frame with frame mounted firing pin and MIM parts. That makes it a little less desirable. Even if we disagree, or don't care, there's no arguing lack of forged parts is a price deduct in today's market.
With box and docs $800 is not unreasonable, but in my view, that's the upper end.
