Don't even mention "Tyler T", they cashed my check for 3 adapters on April 3. I called yesterday and left a message as to the estimated time of delivery and not surprisingly got no call back. If they can't provide better
service they shouldn't cash your check. Two words, "NEVER AGAIN" for these clowns. I can only hope someone who has some business savoy starts to manufacture a product in aluminium to put them out of business. I will in the future buy from Robertson (great service) or give BK a shot. I took the time to post this to both vent and forewarn anyone that is considering to place an order, be prepared to wait beyond their 3 week lead time posted on their antiquated site and endure the insults of ridiculous customer service. Enough Said!
