I can only hope someone who has some business savoy starts to manufacture a product in aluminium to put them out of business. I will in the future buy from Robertson (great service) or give BK a shot. I took the time to post this to both vent and forewarn anyone that is considering to place an order, be prepared to wait beyond their 3 week lead time posted on their antiquated site and endure the insults of ridiculous customer service. Enough Said!
