Another 200 rounds fired without issues. I gave it a good cleaning and out of curiosity (after reading the previous replies) I scraped along the inside of the extractor with a small screwdriver. Even though I didn't see anything, I did find a good bit of carbon on the inside edge. That buildup could have been a problem. I'll make sure I make that part of my cleanings from now on. I also did the same on my carry gun.
