Their site says four to eight weeks. I received my most recent order in five. My VM was returned the next day.

Thanks to the web, just about any artisan shop with a reputation for high quality work is going to be seriously backed up.

You can’t hire nine women and produce a baby in one month.

As to customer communications, I prefer they focus on building quality leather goods than blowing sunshine up my butt.
