Agree! When I first started shooting, LGS sold reloads with 148gr wadcutters and 3gr Bullseye. My first Model 10-6 loved them.
When I began reloading it was mostly 158gr LSWC.
It`s been a while since Ive loaded wadcutters. Guess Im going full circle.
