I was wondering recently, inasmuch as I have some long-barreled handguns, rifles and shotguns - which ones are the longest in my inventory? Well, here are the longer and the longest among them.
HANDGUNS:
Well, this Ruger Mark II has a 10" barrel -
But so does this S&W Perfected single shot -
But first prize goes to this Remington XP-100! Its barrel measures out at 10.8"
RIFLES:
Both these Remington 700 and Ruger 77 rifles have 26" barrels -
This little Winchester Model 67 single shot has a 27" barrel -
The Winchester Model 75 Target rifle has a 28" barrel -
But the winner is a Russki - a Mosin-Nagant sniper rifle with a 29" barrel!
SHOTGUNS:
Well, the winner here (and overall champ in my inventory) is this Remington Model 870 TB Trap gun! It has a 30" barrel!
I did not include some Civil War black powder rifles with longer barrels - I limited this to fairly modern firearms.
Do you have anything longer in any of these 3 categories??
