I have one in 22 WMR from 1959 with wood grips (first year for the 22 mag I think) which appears unfired but no box/papers and no 22LR cylinder. I paid $438 for it a couple months ago and thought that was a great price for a first year one unfired. I would expect to find yours as described for $700-$800 where I shop. If unfired I wouldn't shoot it; plenty of them well used around for a lot less if you want to shoot one. Good luck.
