It's really a matter of personal opinion. I have owned a few all-metal Kahrs (K9/K40/MK9) and have found them to be great guns for CCW, with a similar thickness to a CS9 slide. However, these days they never get carried, as I feel they are a bit blocky in profile compared to my CS9 and 3914. I also prefer the safeties and controls of the S&W 3rd Gens.
