My vote is call Patrick Grashorn and get a set of his elk antler grips with lots of bark left on and get a good holster preferably leather and belt rig maybe a couple of speed loader pouches practice with it and find that sweet spot load that balances power and accuracy wow .How many guys get a chance at a Hyway Patrolman that they can carry and shoot without worrying about scratching ect. But if you must refinish go with nickel and the Grashorns and get fancy tooled leather rig built with old school cartridge loops in other words cowboy it up and use nickel plated cartridges .Then invite your friends over for a outdoor old time BBQ tell them to wear their BBQ guns .
