Thanks for the feedback, all! I'm thinking about reaching out to the seller of the 19-5. Speaking of passing inspection, is there anything, in particular, to look for when buying a used revolver?
Also, RWSmith, when you say that it can't handle continuous full bore .357 mag loads, are you talking about shooting a box of 50 at the lane once every-other-month? I wasn't planning on buying Underwood/Buffalo bore hot loads, I'm pretty sure I'd use .38 special most of the time, but once in awhile I'd like to shoot a full power load to liven things up. I don't want to accidentally break it.
