Here is what their description said:

Yeah, I think they owe me a mag. And I think they'll do the right thing. They seem like decent folks. I think this was just an honest mistake.
I'll call them tomorrow and let you know what they had to say.

If it were me, I'd ask them to eat the shipping since an aftermarket mag would cost as much as shipping to an FFL. The worst they could say is no.
