Without a serial number and confirmation that there is no model number (17) stamped on the frame in the yoke cut, we cannot confirm what you surmise. It is certainly possible. But the Model 17 (with no dash number) were also four screw revolvers, as were Model 17-1 revolvers.

Incidentally, as far as we know there were no Model 17 K-22 Masterpiece revolvers shipped until 1958.
