Back in the 1980s my Police Duty plain clothes revolver was this S&W Model 13 3" modified to DA only. I needed a holster for under my jacket but did not have a proper holster. I had a couple of 4" holsters and took 1 and shortened it a bit. It worked fine for the type details that I worked.
