The answer for some may be a revolver. For others, it is a better holster for the semi.
Apples to apples, the weight of the gun is contained in the holster. The holster either distributes all the weight evenly onto the gun belt, and the belt to a large area of the waist/hips, or you don’t have a good holster. Modern IWB semi holsters (made within the last 2-3 years) overcome tipping, discomfort, and weight distribution perceptions.
