Do you mean it's binding during dry cycling with empty casings, or the cylinder just doesn't rotate properly/freely with casings?

Other issues can cause rotation problems, like a misaligned or improperly fit extractor rod, misaligned yoke barrel, out of spec front or rear gauge (or both), or even crud under the extractor or inside the cylinder assembly. (the list goes on)
