The good deals will always pop up when you are not really looking for a specific gun. You have to be patient and definitely make the rounds as the good deals do not last long. This is not rocket science.
Quite honestly my most recent handgun purchase was a really clean model 19-4 4" factory Nickel gun that I picked up about six months ago for five bills out the door. I was not even looking for anything in particular, and this thing just popped up.
You just have to be in the right place at the right time. Now I have three model 19s two four inch dash fours and a 2.5 inch dash five that I got at very good prices. It happens, but sitting at home waiting for it to happen rarely produces positive results. Bring cash.
