There is very little parallax at lower scope magnifications which is why such fixed-power scopes normally have no parallax adjustment feature as it is unnecessary. Most variable-power scopes having top-end magnifications of over 6X do incorporate some parallax adjustments, as do higher magnification fixed power scopes. However, variable power and high magnification fixed power scopes don't serve much of a useful purpose on a .22 rifle due to the shorter target ranges typically involved.
