The Kubota L3400 is a decent small tractor. It has everything you need and nothing extra to tear up. You have 29HP at the PTO that will handle a 5’ Bush Hog.

If it has the R4, or turf tires, you might want to consider replacing them with AG tires, especially if your land is not flat. The R4s can break loose in snow, on hills and in mud. If they break loose on a hill, you are riding a sled.
