I am just getting back on the S&W Forum, after 72 hours due to a computer crash, that took many many hours of work, done by our son, to completely configure my computer, and get it back on the internet. I wasn't able to properly thank folks on the forum, or acknowledge offers to obtain an antique .22 short, Black powder cartridge to be displayed with the Allen-Wheelock revolver, that I showed in the display stand, that I built for it. Well, I guess, that I'll just have to start all over again, with that request for a display cartridge. Our fellow member "weatherby", sent me an antique, period correct, cartridge box, for me to use in my display, and wouldn't even let me pay him for it, or to reimburse him for the postage. How's that for a true act of kind, generosity? Thanks again, Weatherby.
