I work for a Manufacturing Plant that has around 100 employees. Today while I was talking to a guy about adding more security cameras in his Dept., he said " If someone brings a gun in, your not going to to see it away. I mean I carry and you can't tell I am" while he was saying "I carry" he reached around to his 4 o'clock. I thought he was going to show me. At first I thought he was full of it, but I can clearly see it printing now.

Being a gun guy who believes in being able to conceal carry I'm not sure what to do. Do I just forget about it, do I tell someone, do u talk to him about it. Our employer has a no gun policy. I carry from time to time, but never to work. Not sure what to do. What would you do?
