Put me in the "You did not see a firearm" column. What he said and what you know are two different things. You may have seen something other than a firearm. (BB or pellet gun).


I would be very cautious regarding this gentleman.


You are probably not the only person he has shared this with and ultimately will provide enough rope.


If there is any possibility of misuse or danger, you owe him nothing.


You did not ask for this situation, but you are the only one to decide your course of action.
