Nothing wrong with that thinking... .45 Super will run 230s at 1100 fps and 255s at 1050...what more does one need...

The above listed Kimber 1911 is easy to shoot with .45 Super rounds. A lot of Glock 21 shooters add some heavier springs and usually a better aftermarket barrel...
