1970 Graduate college and Model 19 4" duty gun until the 80s then switch to LW Commander 45 and a Colt Cobra on the ankle.
Retirement several J frames but no longer just carry Kahrs, I'm lazy to a point. Need to practice speedloading with Js and make sure your performance with them matches your expectations. Kahr CW9 weights 17 ozs 8 shots of 9mm and an 8 shot reload in 3 seconds. Better sights than a J frame and better grip. I don't reload 9mm. No +P ammo in my Kahrs. I carry a CM 9 as a backup and it shots into 4" off hand at 45 ft, using Hornady critical defense ammo.
