Something is amiss as far as the fitment of the Hogue grip to your 625 PC. As you can see in my original post (#6) they fit my 625 PC perfectly. You kind of have to push the grips up onto the frame in an arc and make sure they are tight against the back of the trigger guard. If you can't get them to fit properly, I'd give Hogue a call. I know tons of competitors that use these grips on their RB N-frames with nary a problem.
