same here. I bought one when they first came out for like $420, and noticed the peening... solid it and bought a shield .45 ......
then I decided to get a second one a year later when they had the $100 rebates for Walther.... This one was worse. you could actually see the trigger bar sliding towards center. At that point i traded some guy who really wanted it for a Glock 43 that hadn't been fired. never looked back.
I have no problems with a company that has an issue with a certain model, but Walther just shrugging it off and telling people "it's normal" really soured me to the PPS M2. I still have my P99c's though. The P99 is the flagship gun for all of Walther right now
