New extractor spring from Wolff came in and I installed it. Both reloaded and factory rounds now will go into battery and eject without any problem.

I used my 1/16 brass punch inserted from the hole in top of the slide through the hole in the extractor and out the bottom hole of the slide to hold everything together. Then I pushed the punch back enough to start the pin into the bottom slide hole and used another punch to push the pin and follow the brass punch out There are probably many ways to accomplish this task so my comment is for information purposes only.

Based on several late comments I have also ordered a new recoil spring and extractor as a backup.
