My envelope for the sight blade only has the serial number written in pencil.
At the Reno show today ran into another RM. This one is without cert but I think came with king sight and hump back hammer from factory. Includes most of the paperwork with the addition of a hump back hammer literature from SW. Never seen one of these.

It too came with the extra rear sight blade in an envelope that was numbered to the gun. The envelope has the serial number written on it but also has "Extra rear sight - don't loose" written on it - does your envelope say anything like that?
