He was a Gun Buff, and one of the worst "heads of state" this country ever had. I remember that president Reagan gave him a Winchester Bolt Action rifle as a present in a meeting they held in the early 80īs. The photo appear in all the news papers of the time. He also had a Ruger Mini-14, at that particular time this rifle was a NO NO for civilians.
