I would not suggest looking at "Installed Programs"
to detect malware. Use and update Avira, Avast, or
Microsoft Defender; if in doubt, use one of the online
scan sites, like Trend Housecall or Norton, to get
a second opinion.
Expecting malware to play nice and list itself as
an installed program is wishful thinking.
