So I picked up the 681 finally. Brought it home and tore it apart, cleaned it all up and got most of the pitting taken care of .There were a few spots in the corners, the sights and on the cylinder that I didn't want to get too aggressive with as I didn't want to change overall profile or thin anything out too much.It had Pachmayr rubbers on it when I bought it but went with a set of targets I have for now ( no magnas handy ) .Probably change to either a Hogue rubber or hardwood eventually.
