I would suggest that you keep those Pachmayr rubbers. Because I have found that the Gripper Pro that was so popular with Police Officers were preferred for a very good reason. That being that they have a palm swell, circumference, and shape that is a perfect fit for the "average" 5'10" to 6' Male. Quite simply they fit the average Cop's hand just perfectly. They also fit my hand perfectly and as a result it's very easy to shoot well with these grips.

As for the Hogue grips, the 500 Magnum grips are a very close second to the Pachmayr Pro but the standard smaller Hogue rubbers are IMO better suited to a woman's smaller hand.
