My condolences on the loss of your dad.
If you spent time with your dad shooting or just outdoors, relish the gun and the time you may spend shooting it.
I have three daughters and no sons. All three shoot and the youngest hunts with me.
When i am no longer around they will all get some firearms. My hope is for them to enjoy and cherish the guns as much as I have cherished the time spent with them doing what I love.
I am sure your dad would feel the same way.
