I work out 4 times a week. Run and walk every day. Mountainbike and hike. Try to eat as best I can.
It isn't blessed. It is self discipline and work ethic.
I am almost 50 and I work hard to stay in shape and keep within two inches of the same pants size I had when I entered basic training 30 years ago. I am proud of that.
