I, and others, have sanded the 2.0 grip lightly with fine sandpaper without blemishing the frame. It’s much better on the love handles. I’ve done this to two guns and no one can tell. Just sand lightly, you want to take the tip off the pyramid, not remove the pyramid. I sanded all the way around so it would protect my skin on one side, and keep my shirt from riding up the other side.
