Any 3913/3914 for $400 is a great price in ex condition. If you try and wait for a better price down the road, you could be waiting a long time. If you're wanting a 3rd gen then I'd say go for it at that price. Better deals could come along eventually, but I wouldn't base my decision on a "could".
