I received this information from a member over at the Ruger forum:

"Larry:
That model came out in 2017. Not sure how many were done because that is always a tightly held secret with the distributor as well as Ruger, not sure why they do that because the rarity or uniqueness of something would seem to help sell guns, but I"m beating a dead horse here.
I first reported on this one in the August 2017 issue of Red Eagle News Exchange, as follows...

An SP101 Distributor special is Ruger's model 5781 that is being offered by Bangers. It is a stainless .357 Mag. with 2.25" barrel and Titaniam Nitride hammer and trigger (gold color on each component). The only examples seen at this time is 576-43392. The actual catalog number is not yet known. Ruger’s website picture of this model appears to be 576-46655 but this is not confirmed. This one isn’t making much of a “splash” on gunbroker.com so will probably be tough to come by in the future.

I now believe the sn in Ruger's picture is probably 576-46658. I have also heard of 576-44771.
Let me know the full serial number of your example so i can add it to my notes.
Thanks!!
Chad"
