"A" indicates singularity. It may not be spelled out in the law and you might be ok with multiple concealed handguns, but I'm not really interested in being the test case.

Thanks. I thought perhaps it was an interpretation of the law as I found nothing stating carrying more than one weapon was prohibited.
I’ll reach out to the VCDL and see if they know for sure? If any VA permit holder has ever been charged with carrying more than one concealed handgun they would most likely have heard about it.
