Any post WWII 45 ACP will have the sliding bar hammer block safety starting with the 1950 Military 45 (became the Model 22) and 1950 Target 45 (became the Model 26). Both have the slender barrel like the 1917. They also have the speed action, short cocking action improvement.

The Classic series reissues would as well.
