At today's workout, after a brisk hike, we're starting to get a routine together. I like to do at least 2 different exercises per body part.
I gotta admit, now that I've got my bodyfat well into the lean range, I like having visible abs. In fact, I like having visible veins on my visible abs.
Now though, I'm kinda wondering what direction to take next. I've been hovering right around 150 pounds with a bodyfat percentage between 10-12 percent. Should I just try to maintain? Or should I try increasing protein, reducing fats and go for lean gains?
I do really feel good where I'm at. It's just that it's been years getting here. When I started, I was over 230 pounds and probably around 36-40 percent bodyfat. I'm just not used to not having a fitness goal to shoot for.
