My wife and I usually start our workout week on a Monday but since we're going to a charity banquet for the local Humane Society on Monday, we decided to do our workout a day early.
As usual, we started out with a nice hike. I've taken lately to jogging on the uphills, seems to give me more cardio. Downhills on the other hand tend to present a unique challenge with my motor nerve condition. My uphill muscles seem to work better than my downhill muscles.
Then it was off to the workout room. We're really getting a workout routine together. The idea's to get a full body workout with neither of us waiting to use any of the equipment.
I'm prioitizing the body parts that I feel need a bit of extra work in my workouts and with my bodyfat as low as it is, I seem to be seeing results for my efforts.
Our next workout's planned for this Thursday.
