Yesterday, I did just half an hour on our home spin bike. More of an easy than strenuous spin. My wife used our home elliptical.
Today though, I cranked up the resistance and pushed it for 45 minutes. My wife did half an hour on the elliptical. Also, I did some home ab work.
Tomorrow looks like it's gonna be another home spin day.
Friday's gonna be a workout day.
The thing about being home is that I can better regulate my calories, protein, carb and fat intake. In the summer, when we're away from home all day, I don't even really bother trying keep my macros balanced. Just make sure to get plenty of protein. I often come in at a caloric deficit.
