Pretty good workout today. While my wife rode the Lifecycle I switched between the elliptical cross trainer and the treadmill. On the treadmill I started with an incline of 15 degrees. After doing that for a little while I tried to raise it a bit more but it tops out at 15 degrees.
Felt pretty strong with the lifting afterwards. I've started doing slow and controlled reps. The idea is still to go for lean mass. Along with increased protein and carbs, I'm also increasing my calories a bit. I do know that I'll put on a little fat weight but the challenge is gonna be to keep the body fat gain at a minimum while making gains.
Since we've been doing some kinda exercising for the past 5 days, 2 workouts and 3 spin bike/elliptical days, I'm considering making tomorrow a rest day. Making sure to get my protein and just taking it easy.
