My first choice, and the one that brought me to this group is my 4" 1905 Target in 38 Spl. Not collector grade in many eyes, primarily because it lacks all blue. Since it now resides in Texas, it seems only fitting that it sports ivory steerhead stocks and a carved Brill holster.

Bruce that is a cool gun, I see why it is a favorite with a history like that. I am a professional transmission rebuilder here in SC. a couple of years ago I rebuilt a transmission for one of the Hatfield women, but no guns were involved or pointed at me, thank God,,,,,,,,,,,
